So heres a glamour shot of the sandwiches I’ve been making lately. The awesome white backdrop is actually our stovetop, and is perfect for taking pictures of sandwiches. The ingredients this time around are:

• “Soft” Wheat bread¹
• Artichoke Hummus
• Cucumber
• Tomato
• Red Pepper [New]
• Spinach
• Red Onion
• Alfalfa Sprouts
• A stolen slice of Mozzarella

1) Since Wes is leaving our apartment on Wednesday to go to Alaska, he gave me his loaf of bread. The packaging deems it “Soft” Wheat bread, and I am not a fan of it. Yesterday I added hummus but by the time I get around to eating my sandwich, the entire thing became mushy and almost inedible. So, hummus is on the back burner for a little while. Until I can get some real bread. And more Provolone.

UPDATE: That bread was disgusting, even without the hummus.
