Macaroni and Cheese: Comfort Food Edition
When I’m sick I love to gorge myself on food that is entirely too unhealthy to enjoy on a regular basis. As such, I’ve developed a Comfort Food Edition of the standard macroni and cheese. Heres a few tips:
Tip 1: Adding other things to your macaroni and cheese will make it much, much better. (Note: This also works in other, non-comfort food varieties)
Tip 2: They say Craft Macaroni and Cheese is “the cheesiest”. This is bullshit. The key to successful Comfort Food Edition macaroni and cheese is adding more cheese. I dont normally add butter in Comfort Food Edition, usually the extra handful or two of shredded cheese does the trick.
